Flour for Dough
1) flour – cup
2) Clarified butter(deshi gee) – 3 tbs

Sugar – 2 tsp (dust)
4)
Salt - 1 pinch
5)
Water - 1 cup (as necessary)
For Stuffing
1)
Coconut (grated) -1 and half cup
2)
Sugar – 4 - 5 tbs (or Add as per your
taste)

Green Cardamom – 2 (crushed)
4)
Raisin - 10 -15 am
6)
Almond - 1/4 cup (roughly chopped)
For Sugar Syrup
1)
Sugar - 1 cup
2)
Water - 1 cup
3)
Green Cardamom - 2 (crushed)
Clove - 8 (one for each lobonglothika)
Methodologies

1)
Make a soft
dough & keep it aside for at least 30min
2)
To make the
stuffing take a nonstick pan then first add grated coconut, sugar then add
cardamom powder and mix it well in low simmer
3)
Keep stirring until sugar melts properly
4)
Now time to
add dry fruits ,mix it evenly
5)
It must
be allowed to cool down
6)
Then take
a separate pot add sugar, & water keep boiling
7)
For enhancing
the flavor of the syrup add crushed cardamom (if you wish you can skip that)

When
the juice get 1 string consistency, it is done switch and turn the gas off.

Now take the dough and mash it again for
having a soft dough

Take small ball from the dough give it a nice
round shape using ur hand

Now make a round & flatten bread
12) Now add
the stuffing in the middle of the bread
13) And fold it from the left & right side
14)
Again fold it
from the top &
15)
Then place the
bottom side on the upper side of it
16)
Now implant
the clove(labanga) in the middle of it
17)
Then deep fry it in the oil until golden brown colour appears
18)
Then dip it
into the sugar syrup
