Enjoy your festive session with ROSOMALAI .... :)

Ingredients----

1) Milk – 2 cup 2) Milk powder - 1 cup 3) Sugar – 1 cup (if you wish you can add more) 4) Cardamom - 5-6 (crushed) 5) Saffron – 10-11 strands( soak it into warm milk) 6) Khoyakeer- 1/2 Cup 7) Rosogolla- 6-7 pieces or more 8) Cashew ,almond ,raisin - 1/2 cup (roughly chopped)


Preparation------

1) Take a nonstick pan,pour the milk into it and boil,
2) While the milk is boiling take half cup of milk and add milk powder to it and mix it properly,(make sure no lumps are remaining) ,
3) Add the mixture to the milk & immediately whisk it and mix well so that the milk does not stick to the bottom ,
4) Add the Khoyakheer & sugar and mix well,
5) Add chopped dry fruits,
6) When sugar melts, add crushed cardamom and saffron strands (which is soaked in milk) & mixed it properly,
7) Keep boiling until the milk thickens & reduces to almost half the quantity,
8) When it is done turn the gas off.,
9) Leave it for cooling down ,
10) Then add the Rosgollas to the milk , & soak it evenly,
11) Rest it overnight in the refrigerator,
12) Take them out in a nice serving bowl & enjoy your ROSOMALAI,.. :)
