Mini Besan Laddu
1) Gram flour (Besan)- 2cups
2) Semolina (rava)- ½ cup
3) Clarified Butter (gee)- Quarter cup
4) Green Cardamom Powder (Elichi)-1tsp
5) Powder Sugar-1 cup
6) Water-half cup
7) Cashew & Almond finely chopped- 2tbs
Method—
1) Take a pot add sugar and water and boil until sugar melt
and become a thick syrup,
2) If u wish add some mess powder into it. Keep it aside
3) Take a heavy bottom karai & add gram flour &
semolina. Roast it to eliminate its raw aroma,
4) Now add clarified butter & mix it properly
5) Add cardamom powder and continuously stir it.
6) And make sure it will not get burn or stick to the bottom
7 ) After appearance of a roasted colour and a sweet aroma
it is done
8) Turn the gas off and place it into a cooling rack
9) When it warms add sugar syrup and rub it with your hand,
10) Now make round shape mini balls,
11) Now take the finely chopped cashew and almond and add on
the top of the laddus .,,,
