                          METHI ALOO PARATHA


Ingredients:-

  For dough--
     1)) Plane flour-2 cup
     2)) Yogurt – Quarter cup
     3)) Refine oil- 2tbs
     4)) Salt -1sp
     5)) Water- as required

For stuffing:-

     6)) Potato (boil   & mashed) -1big
     7)) Green Chilly (Chopped) - 1tbs
     8)) Fresh Coriander leaves – 2tbs
     9)) Coriander powder – 1tsp
    10)) salt – as per test
    11)) sugar- ½ tsp
    12)) Garam mashala powder -1tsp

    13)) Pepper powder- 1tsp
     14)) Dry fenugreek leaves – 4tsp
    15)) oil- for frying

Method:--

1)) Take a bowl add flour & make a super soft dough
2)) Cover with a muslin cloth and rest it for about 20 min

3)) meanwhile we will make the stuffing,
4)) Take a mixing bowl add mashed potato and all other ingredients except oil and dry fenugreek leaves,
5)) Now take the dough and again rub it finely
6)) separate it in 4 equal size round ball
7)) Take a ball & add stuffing in the middle of it then again make a round ball
8) In the same process make other also
9))  Now take some dry flour and make the round paratha with the help of belan ( you can use roti or chapatti maker also)
10)) Sprinkle some water on the top of it and spread dry fenugreek leaves & press it gently
11)) Now take a tawa add oil and keep on the flame for hit it up
11) Now place the paratha into that hot pan and fry it..
12) Maintain the same process make other also..
Enjoy Your paratha with curd or pickle whatever u like ..
